MATERIALS

  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • 75 ml of water
  • 1/2 tsp powdered chicken broth

HOW TO MAKE

  • Prepare a container and add the rice flour, salt, and hot water. Knead until smooth until it can be shaped
  • Then dab hands with sesame oil, then form a cylindrical Tteokbokki dough with a length of 15 cm
  • Boil the water to a boil then add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and boil until it floats (cooked), then remove from heat and drain and cut into 5 cm pieces and set aside.
  • GOCHUJANG: Mix all the ingredients together and stir until evenly distributed, and set aside
  • Then saute the onions and spring onions until they feel fragrant, then add water and add the Gochujang, stir until evenly distributed, then add the Tteokbokki
  • Cook until the seasonings are combined, to get the right taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and ready to serve.
