  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 tablespoons of red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Here's how to make it:

  1. Gurita is washed first, then rubbed with salt that has been prepared beforehand. After that, the octopus has washed again until it is completely clean.
  2. Cut the octopus legs to a size of approximately 5 CM
  3. Clean the inside of the octopus until it is clean, if the head of the octopus is clean enough, cut it into small pieces 1 cm in size
  4. Prepare a pot and fill in enough water, then boil the thin noodles that are cooked. Remove the thin noodles then rinse with cold water
  5. Roll the noodles as much as 5 grams each
  6. Cut the onion into 2 pieces, then cut into lengths
  7. Next, make the sauce, mixing all the remaining ingredients except the cooking oil, onion, and sesame seeds. If everything is mixed then you set it aside first
  8. Heat a skillet with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. After the cooking oil is hot, then saute the chopped onions for about 1 minute, and don't forget to turn up the heat. Then pour the sauce mixture and stir until evenly distributed and then saute again.
  9. Next, add the cut octopus, stirring for about 2-3 minutes, until the octopus is completely cooked.
  10. When cooked, remove and serve on a plate. And you are ready to stare at it.
