According to reports, most of which were based on the visit of the WHO international expert team to Wuhan, the city of China that was first detected by the coronavirus, starting from mid-January to mid-February 2020. In the investigative report on the origin of this coronavirus obtained in the AP draft, Experts have drafted a list that was divided into several scenarios according to the possible origin of this coronavirus named SARS-COV-2.

The existence of the coronavirus that caused the first covid-19 came from bats. Transmission occurs from bats through other animals, which they think is very likely to occur. From the results of the evaluation, it is likely to have occurred directly from bats to humans. The coronavirus or covid-19 is thought to have originated from bats, but experts are still researching where this virus actually originated.


The coronavirus or covid-19 can cause disturbances in the respiratory system, lung infections and lead to death. This virus can attack anyone such as adults, children, babies, and even pregnant women. The virus, which originated in the city of Wuhan China, at the end of December 2019, was known to be very dangerous. This virus can spread quickly to all countries including Indonesia, with only a few months. The characteristics of the symptoms of this coronavirus are the occurrence of mild disturbances in the respiratory system, such as flu, coughing, sore throat, dizziness, nausea, loss of taste, and body temperature rises dramatically. This virus can be transmitted just by touching, even someone who coughs without wearing a mask can be infected. It's really scary, isn't it?

The death rate due to the coronavirus is very high, according to data released by the task force to accelerate the handling of the covid-10 Republic of Indonesia. The number of cases infected with the coronavirus until March 25, 2021, reached 1,476,452 people, with the death toll reaching 39,983 people. Really this is not a small number, how fast the spread of this virus is happening.

There are also several other symptoms that appear in this virus, although rare, namely:

Patients with the coronavirus will generally appear symptoms with a period of about 2 days to 2 weeks. To confirm the diagnosis of this coronavirus, the doctor will carry out several tests such as a Rapid Test which is useful for detecting antibodies (IgM and IgG) produced by the body to fight covid-19. After that, a Swab Test or PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test will be carried out which is useful for detecting covid-19 from inside the sputum. Finally, a CT scan or chest X-ray will be carried out to detect infiltrates or fluid in the lungs.


Until the current condition, there has not been found a truly effective drug to treat Covid-19. Some patients with mild or no symptoms will be obliged to carry out an independent home isolation protocol or be quarantined for 14 days while still taking steps to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection. Copi-19 patients will be specially treated. And patients will be given pain and fever reducers and advised to get enough rest.


Obliged to comply with health protocols established by the government by always maintaining physical distancing, do not leave the house unless there is an urgent need. Always use a mask when doing activities, avoid crowds, wash your hands regularly with soap, always use a hand stabilizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, don't touch the mouth, eyes, and nose before washing your hands. Exercise regularly, avoid direct contact with sufferers of the coronavirus, and always maintain cleanliness.
