Seafood Salad Recipe For 1 Portion:


  • 200 grams of squid, sliced ​​1 cm thick
  • 250 grams of medium size prawns, peel the skin and remove the dirt
  • 200 grams of snapper fillet, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 300 grams of curly lettuce cut into pieces


  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, take the white then finely slice
  • 2 cm young ginger, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pieces of finely sliced ​​red bird's eye chilies
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp nameplate/fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped


  1. Boil the shrimp, squid, and fish separately until cooked, then remove from heat and drain
  2. Mix the nameplate/fish sauce, lemon juice, and granulated sugar in a bowl, stirring until dissolved. Then add the shallots, ginger, chilies, lemongrass, and mint leaves and stir
  3. Insert the boiled seafood, then stir until well blended
